Traders and Exhibitors

Applications from traders and exhibitors to register to attend the 2018 show are now open.

Please register your interest to attend The Emergency Services Show on Sunday 16th September 2018 at Cotswold Airport.

All applications will be reviewed and you will be notified by email if your application has been declined. We will only decline applications if they are not in line with the emergency service ethos of the show.

After you have been accepted online you receive an email with your tickets and pitch number, nearer the show date.

The catering and confectionery at the Emergency Services Show is run under a single concessionaire. If you wish to be considered for offering this type of service at the show please follow the catering enquiries link on the Ticketing page

Number of staff attending:

Please note you are entitled to bring four members of staff for free, any further staff will be charged at £6 per adult. Any children outside of the four free members will be charged at £3 each.

There is a charge for the pitch. It is costed at £6 per square metre. This will be worked out automatically on the online form.’

Power:

You can hire power for the duration of the show. One 2gang socket rated up to 13amp is £30. You will be able to book this facility on the online form.

Please register as an exhibitor if you wish to attend with a display from an emergency service or group supporting the emergency services, historic or classic vehicles or other non-profit organisations that are not registered charities.
