An event like The Emergency Services Show relies on the involvement of a huge number of people, many of them giving up their own time.

This support extends through the Friday and Saturday prior to the event, erecting fencing, laying out the arenas and ensuring the site quickly becomes a fully-fledged showground. Then on Sunday night and Monday, we take it all down again.

Whether it’s crewing the car parks, manning the entrance gates or looking after the emergency service rides, the show relies on the goodwill and generosity of its many supporters.

The committee is made up of Trustees from Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service, Wiltshire Police, South Western Ambulance Service and the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
